GNOSIS is feeling life focused on one thing at a time!  when you experience something gnosis you wont be reminded of something else. you happen one thing presently.  you feel what your toing with skill thru sensation and presentation.  primarly the most pleasurable form of gnosis is music. if one is unable to mediitate with silence , music forms of gnosis shall suffice.  music gnosis is the most powerfull too.  trance music gives the mind amazing feets.  its just how well one able to  gnoisis.  it take emotion and  focus and skill to gnosis to music.
